Teriyaki Pineapple Chicken or Pork  1 Kg breast of chicken or 2 kg legs or thighs 2 cups water or orange juice 4 tablespoons Soya Sauce 1 can crushed pineapple 1/2 cup butter 1 cup white sugar 2 tablespoons lemon juice Garnish with sesame seeds (optional) Prepare Brown chicken quickly in fry pan for about 2 min. each side; remove from heat.   Portion into 2 or 4 baking pans or Ziploc bags.. Add 1 cup water/juice, 1/2 can pineapple, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons Soya sauce and 1 tablespoon lemon juice per 500 g chicken. Freeze. Serve Remove from freezer, add 1 cup water per 500g chicken to roasting pan, heat from frozen at 350, covered, for about 40 minutes. Remove cover and heat on Broil or "high" until you see the sauce bubbling furiously for at least 1 minute.
