Chicken Cacciatore 2 kg bone-in chicken 1/2 cup flour 1 teaspoon salt dash pepper -------- 6 tablespoons olive oil  2 tablespoons garlic 1 Tablespoon diced onion Dash Oregano ------- 1/2 cup red wine (optional) --------- 4 cups tomato juice 1 can crushed or seasoned tomatoes 1/2 cup diced green or yellow or red peppers 1/2 cup diced onion 1 cups diced celery 1 teaspoon minced garlic -------- In a plastic bag add flour/pepper/salt and shake chicken to coat. In a hot fry pan add oil, onion oregano and garlic; when chicken is browned on both sides; about 3 minutes each. Add wine and remove from heat, covering the pan.   In a separate bowl add all other ingredients and mix well. Separate and bag or heat slowly in the oven and serve with fresh pasta. If fresh heat at 350 for about 60 minutes.
