We have everything from breakfast to dinners, soups, sauces, pasta, desserts and more...

Many of our visitors are want to prepare meals for the week in advance.  If you see this   symbol beside the recipe it will create a large portion, designed to be packaged individually and frozen for service later.

I hope you are enjoying the website and are inspired to try something new.

Have fun !!!!    Buck

The recipes presented here are basic and open to interpretation as far as seasoning and added ingredients.  Don't be shy with your salt, sugar and spices and make it taste real .  But keep in mind that when preparing large amounts of food add most of your seasoning at the end of the cooking process.  You can always ADD more spice or salt but it's really hard to TAKE IT AWAY if you put too much in on the first go.
Want to start cooking at home but don't know where to start?  We suggest you visit one of the new "Meal Assembly" companies like  Dream Dinners  Super Suppers or My Girlfriend's Kitchen.  You choose a menu and they provide you with the ingredients to make 3 or 4 main courses and a dessert for service and reheating later.
