Double Chocolate Cookies

This recipe makes a large batch of very tasty cookies. 
To make really rich add more chocolate or chocolate chips.

1 1/4 cup shortening
1 1/2 cup white sugar
1 3/4 cup brown sugar
3 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
5/8 cups powdered chocolate
4 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup milk
1-2 cups chocolate chips to taste

Mix all ingredients and bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes
